固体超强酸TiO2/SO42-催化合成苹果酯-B

Catalytic Synthesis of Apple Ester-B by Solid Superacids TiO2/SO42-

  • 摘要: 使用TiO2/SO42-为催化剂,催化乙酰乙酸乙酯和1,2丙二醇反应合成苹果酯B。结果表明:使用该催化剂1.0g,乙酰乙酸乙酯(0.077mol)与1,2丙二醇摩尔比为1:1.2,环己烷15ml,反应2.5h,苹果酯B产率达73%。产品经理化检验确认。

     

    Abstract: Apple ester-B is synthesized by reaction of ethyl acetyl acetate and 1,2-propanedion,with TiO2/SO42- as catalyst.Results show that the ratio of ethyl acetyl acetate(0.077 mol) to 1,2-propanedion to cyclohexane to TiO2/SO42- is 1:1.2 to 15 ml to 1.0 g for 2.5 hours.On these conditions the yield reaches 73%、The product is confirmed by physical and chemical tests.
