Analysis, calculating and measuring of acoustic source and acoustic field of a plane circular piston

  • 摘要: 幅射瞬态脉冲波的圆形活塞声源在超声检测中得到广泛应用.本文研究了圆形活塞声源幅射瞬态脉冲波时其声场的数值计算方法,设计了相应的计算软件并绘制出实用脉冲波源声轴线上的声压分布曲线.比较了连续波声场和脉冲波声场的分布特性及异同点.对脉冲波源声场的测试结果表明,理论计算和实测结果有较好的一致性,从而证实了计算方法的科学性.本研究结果为提高超声测控的准确性提供了依据.

     

    Abstract: The acoustic source of plane circular pistons with the radiating transient pulse wave finds wide application in the ultrasonic inspection and test. This paper makes research into the method of calculating numeric value of acoustic field when the acoustic source of plane circular pistols shows the transient pulse wave. The relative special-purpose software is designed and the distribution of acoustic pressure on the axis of the pulse wave source is calculated and plotted in the light of computer and the software. The acoustic field of the pulse wave source is measured. The measuring value is in accordance with the calculating results on the whole. The calculating method is thus verified to be correct and scientific. The research achievements and the analysis ways in this paper provide scientific basis for improving accuracy in the related application.
