基于ABAQUS的无人机机翼结构的强度及模态分析

Strength and Modal Analysis of the Wing's Configuration for UAV Based on ABAQUS

  • 摘要: 以某复合材料无人机为分析基础,用CATIA对该机翼建立有限元模型。在确定材料属性、载荷分布以及大小的基础上,通过有限元软件ABAQUS对其结构进行静强度分析和模态分析,得到了机翼的应力分布以及变形的大小。利用最大应力准则和Tsai-Wu应力准则对复合材料机翼结构是否发生破坏进行判断,用Lanzcos法对机翼安全性进行评估,最后对其可行性进行工程分析。

     

    Abstract: Analysis is based on a certain composite UAV and the finite elements model of airfoil is established by the CATIA.When its material properties,load distribution and magnitude are determined,the analysis of its static strength and modal will be accomplished by ABAQUS.Numerical results of the stress distribution and the deformation are obtained.The judgement of whether the wing's composite structures are damaged or not can be made by the maximum stress theory and the Tsai-Wu tensor theory,and the safe evaluation is carried out for the wing's modal by the Lanzcos' principle.Its feasibility of engineering is finally analyzed.
