三乙烯四胺交联壳聚糖的合成及其结构表征
Preparation and structure characterization of triethylene-tetramine crosslinked chitosan

摘要: 本文以壳聚糖为原料,用苯甲醛对壳聚糖C2-NH2进行保护,与环氧氯丙烷反应制备C6-OH被环氧化的Schiff碱壳聚糖(CTSO),以三乙烯四胺为交联剂,通过开环交联制得Schiff碱型三乙烯四胺交联壳聚糖(CCTSS),在酸性条件下脱去保护基,制备了分子中含有大量氨基与亚胺基的三乙烯四胺交联壳聚糖.其中间产物的结构用红外光谱,X射线多晶粉末衍射及元素分析等进行了表征,并通过环境扫描电镜观察了原料以产物的表面形貌.Abstract: C2-NH2 protected and C6-OH expoxidized Schiff-base chitosan(CTSO) was synthesized by the reaction of chitosan with benzaldehyde and epichlorohydrin.Triethylene-tetramine crosslinked chitosan Schiff base group(CCTSS) was synthesized by the reaction of CTSO with triethylene-tetramine.Triethylene-tetramine crosslinked chitosan was synthesized by removing Schiff base from CCTSS.The main intermediate products and the target product were confirmed by FT-IR spectral analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis and elemental analysis.The surface topography was determined with ESEM.
