Technology coating with nylon 1010 on the surface of automobile steel parts

  • 摘要: 尼龙粉末主要用于金属耐磨、耐冲击、防腐涂层.本课题利用流化床粉末涂装技术,在汽车钢制零部件(如汽车底盘)表面涂装一层均匀、致密的尼龙涂层,以提高零件的使用寿命.主要研究了尼龙粉末流化床涂覆工艺参数对涂层性能的影响.通过对涂层性能的测定,确定了最佳工艺参数,为尼龙涂装生产线的烘道、传输系统及流化床的设计提供了设计依据.

     

    Abstract: Powder nylon is fit to coat the metal and is endowed with good functions of resisting polish,lash and corrosion.The research makes use of nylon 1010 to form a layer of protection on the surface of automobile steel parts(eg.automobile batholith) with good distribution and compactibility by the fluid-bed.It can improve the life-span of the steel parts.The powder coating method by the fluid-bed and effect of the technological reference numbers on the coating properties are emphatically introduced.The best technological reference numbers are decided through measuring the coating properties.It provides a criterion for designing the oven、transport system and fluid-bed of coating nylon production 1ine.
