IGBT逆变式主电路的仿真研究

The Emulational Study of IGBT Inverter Main Circuit

  • 摘要: 通过对全桥式IGBT逆变主电路的研究,论述了CAD技术在电路设计中的应用前景,介绍IGBT全桥主电路的工作原理及IGBT、主变压器的数学模型,并对全桥主电路进行了仿真研究。实验结果表明,仿真波形与实际相符合,吸收参数对电路的影响比较小。

     

    Abstract: Through the study on the IGBT inverter main circuit,this paper analyses the prospect of using the CAD technology on circuit design.Introduces the principle of the IGBT bridge main circuit and the mathematics model of IGBT and main transformer,the emulational study of the bridge main circuit is introduced also.The experiment results show that the emulational wave is in accord with the practical wave and the absorb parameter has little influence on the circuit.
