复方金钱草颗粒抑制草酸钙结石形成的化学模拟

摘要: 本文研究了不同剂培的复方金钱草溶液对草酸钙亚稳溶液中可溶性钙离子浓度的影响,当加入剂量从0mL增加到3.0mL时,草酸钙亚稳溶液中钙离子浓度从0.1966mmol/L增加至0.64mmol/L,且草酸钙弧稳溶液中的钙离子浓度与复方金钱草的加入量呈线性关系.而且,随着复方金钱草浓度的增加,一水草酸钙品体生长抑制指数增大.

Abstract: The effect of complex herba lysmachiae with various dose on the concentration of soluble calcium ions in metastable solution of calcium oxalate was investigated.In the dose range from 0mL to 35.0mL,the concentration of calcium ions increased from 0.1966 mmol/L to 0.5564mmol/L,a linear relationship was obtained between the concentration of calcium ions and the dose of complex herba lysmachiae.Furthermore,with increasing concentration of complex herba lysmachiae,the growth inhibition index of calcium oxalate monohydrate crystals increased.
