Research of Improving the Mechanical Properties of High Silicon Acid-proof Cast Iron

  • 摘要: 本文采用正交试验方法系统地研究了铜、钒、稀土钙钡和熔炼工艺对高硅耐酸铸铁机械性能的影响.通过研究获得了能较好改善高硅耐酸铸铁机械性能的最佳工艺参数.

     

    Abstract: Using the orthogonal experiment design,this article studied systemati cally the effects of Copper,Vanadium,Rear Earth-calcium-barium and melting tec hnology on mechanical properties of high silicon acid-proof cast iron. the best technology parameters of improving its mechanical properties are obtained by exp eriment.
