旋片喷丸对7150铝合金剥蚀的影响

摘要: 根据不同喷丸强度和覆盖率处理后波音737飞机龙骨梁下缘条ADF天线固定孔打磨修理区域剥蚀规律以及通过扫描电子显微镜获得的材料晶粒形状,研究了旋片喷丸工艺对7150合金剥蚀行为的影响。结果表明:喷丸强度一定时,剥蚀的形成和扩展速度随覆盖率升高而降低;喷丸覆盖率一定时,剥蚀的形成和扩展速度随喷丸强度升高而加快;晶粒纵厚比越大,7150铝合金剥蚀的形成和扩展速度越快;压应力可加速7150铝合金剥蚀的形成和扩展;在允许喷丸强度范围内,低喷丸强度、高覆盖率喷丸工艺,可以有效预防和控制飞机龙骨梁下缘条打磨修理区域受剥蚀。Abstract: The effects of flap peen on the exfoliation fracture corrosion(EFC) of 7150 alloy had been investigated based on the EFC laws in the blended area of Boeing 737 keel beam lower chord by means of flap peen with different intensity and coverage and the grain aspect observed by SEM.The results show that EFC can be reduced by increasing the coverage or decreasing the intensity.Low grain aspect ratio and compression stress can retard EFC.Within the allowable intensity of flap peen,the process of low intensity and high coverage is an effective process to control and prevent EFC in the blended area of the keel beam lower chord.
