电阻点焊电极位移监测系统的研究

Study of Electrodes Displacements Monitoring system in Resistance Spot Welding

  • 摘要: 采用可进行动态测量的LS型封闭式光栅位移传感器与微机测量单元,组成一套电阻点焊电极位移监测系统.在不同焊接规范和焊接条件下所进行的电极位移特性测试结果表明,该系统能方便、可靠地测取点焊过程电极位移,具有精度高、速度快等特点,适用于实际生产中点焊过程的质量控制.

     

    Abstract: This paper introdces an electrode displacement monitoring system used in the resistance spot welding,composed of an LS type enclosed grating displacement transducer for dynamic measurments and a microcomputer measuring Unit.The experimental results,obtained under various welding processes and conditions,have shown that this system,characterized by its high speed and high accuracy,is capable of determining electrode displacements in the spot welding easily and reliably,and,therefore,is suitable to realize quality control in the practices.
