黑曲霉产β-葡萄糖苷酶液体培养基研究

Studies on the liquid-state culture medium of β-Glucosidase from Aspergillus niger

  • 摘要: 以本实验室筛选的黑曲霉为实验菌株,采用液体发酵方法,对其所产B一葡萄糖苷酶培养基进行了研究.结果表明在250mL三角瓶装25mL培养基、接种种龄为1d的种子培养液2.5mL、32℃培养5d的培养条件下,其液体发酵较适产酶培养基为(W/V):纤维素粉%、硝酸钾3%、聚乙二醇0.1%、初始pH为6.5,这将为β-葡萄糖苷酶液体发酵的工业化生产和应用提供参考价值.

     

    Abstract: The production technology of β-glucosidase by liquid fermentation was studied with Aspergillus niger screened by the lab.Its optimal composition of culture medium for enzyme secretion by liquid-state fermentation was cellulose powder4%,KNO33%,PEG0.1%,and initial pH 6.5 when the cultivating condition was25mL medium in 250mL flask,inoculating 2.5mL of 1 day of seed liquid,incubation temperature 32℃fermentation for 5days.This paper provides some theoretical bases for the industrial production and application of β-glucosidase.
