一次性医用注射针组装环氧胶粘剂的研制

Study on the Assembly Epoxy Adhesive of Medical Injection Needle for One Time Use

摘要: 文章利用改性二乙烯三胺作为环氧树脂固化剂,以二氧化钛为填充剂,制备了一次性医用注射针组装胶枯剂,研究了填充剂和固化剂对胶粘剂性能的影响.实验结果表明,该胶的拉拔强度远超医用针头组装胶粘剂的国家标准.

Abstract: Diethylene triamine modified by acrylonitrile was used as curing agent for epoxy resin which filled with TiO2 in this paper,and adhesive used to medical injection needle for one-time use was prepared.The effects of filler and curing agent on the properties of adhesive were studied.The results showed that bonding strength of the assembly adhesive had exceeded the national standards.
