深缺口插销法评定10CrMo910钢再热裂纹敏感性

On the Evaluation of Sensibility of 10CrMo910 Steel to Stresss-ReliefCracking by Means of Deep-Notch Implant Test

  • 摘要: 用深缺口插销法全面定量地评定了10CrMo910铜的再热裂纹(SRC-Stress relax-ation Cracks)敏感性.研究结果表明,深缺口插销法的应力松驰功能独立评定SRC敏感性:10CrMo910铜对SRC敏感性很小,其最敏感温度为690℃.

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the problem of evaluation of the sensibility of the 10CrMo9lo steel to the stress-relief cracking by means of the deep-notch implant test method.Results have not only shown the adaptability of this method in these uses,but also made it certain that this steel exhibits minor sensibility with the most sensible temperature at 690℃.
