Self-Propagating High-Temperature Synthesis of Gradient Weld Layer of the Weldment between Metal and Ceramic

  • 摘要: 本文将自蔓延高温合成(SHS)技术与焊接技术相结合,探索了用梯度材料作焊缝的陶瓷与金属焊接的新途径,着重研究了梯度焊缝的制备工艺.结果表明,采用SHS技术可成功地制取梯度焊缝层,这种焊缝可以缓和陶瓷与金属焊接时在界面处产生的热应力.

     

    Abstract: A new welding method which can be used in the welding of metal and ceramic with gradient weld layer between them was investigated by means of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS)technique,with the emphasis on the gradient weld preparation process.It is shown that the gradient weld can be fabricated successfully by means of the SHS technique and can moderate the thermal stress occurred in the welding interface when joining the metal and certal directly.
