保护气体成分对大电流脉冲MAG焊焊接参数的影响
The Influence of Shielding Gas Constitution on the Arc Volt-Amp Characteritics and Droplets Transfer in Pulsed MAG Welding

摘要: 研究了直流反极性脉冲MAG(活性气体保护)焊在不同配比的Ar+CO2,Ar+O2时,电弧的静特性、脉冲参数以及形成脉冲旋转喷射过渡临界规范值的变化.结果表明,气体成分及配比不同时,电弧静特性曲线位置不同,在其它条件相同的情况下,Ar+2%O2的脉冲电流最高,最易形成脉冲旋转喷射过渡;Ar+20%CO2的脉冲电流最低,不能形成脉冲旋转喷射过渡.Abstract: The arc Vol-Amp characteritics and the critical welding parameters forming pulsed rotating-spray transfer(PRST) in MAG welding with Ar+O2 and Ar+CO2 shieling gas were studied.It is shown that the position of the arc VoltAmpcharacteristic curve varied with the shielding gas constitution. The PRST is most easily formed with Ar+2%O2 shielding gas but cannot formed with Ar+20%CO2 shielding gas.
