45钢低温加稀土粉末渗硼研究

A lnvestigation of Boriding of 45 Steel in Low-Temperature with Rare-earth Addition

  • 摘要: 研究了5钢低温加稀土粉末渗硼的组织和性能,结果表明,渗硼剂中活化剂数量和种类的增加,可以降低稀土的分解温度,在低温下,稀土仍具有较明显的催渗作用,并且能够提高渗硼层的耐磨性.

     

    Abstract: Mircostructures and properties of Re Pack boriding for 45 steel in low temperature are studied.The result shows that the decompounding temperature of Re is affected by the amounts and varieties of activation matter in the energizer.Re enhances the boriding rate greatly for 45 Steel in low temperature and total diffusion layer is provided with good homogeneity of the structure by increasing the boriding temperature.Moreover,suitable amount of Re can improve the wear resistance of boriding layer apparently.
