ZnO纳米棒阵列的制备、微结构及光学性能研究

Research on Preparation, Microstructure and Optical Properties of ZnO Nanorod Arrays

  • 摘要: 采用简单的热蒸发法, 成功制备了针尖状、无针尖和钉状ZnO纳米棒阵列.借助于X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)和透射电镜(TEM)对产物的形貌、微结构进行了分析.针尖状ZnO纳米棒为单晶结构, 生长方向沿0001晶向, 横截面为正六边形.基于高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)表征和晶体表面能分析, 给出了ZnO纳米棒的形成机制.利用拉曼光谱(Raman)和光致发光谱(PL)研究了ZnO纳米棒阵列的光学特性.

     

    Abstract: ZnO nanorod arrays with different morphology were successfully prepared by a simple thermal evaporation method.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy(EDS), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) to obtain the structural information.Needle-like ZnO nanorods with hexagonal cross-section are single-crystalline and the growth direction of ZnO nanorods is along.The formation mechanism of ZnO nanorods is presented based on HRTEM characterization and surface energy analysis.The optical properties of ZnO nanorod arrays were studied by micro-Raman scattering and micro-PL spectroscopy.
