Research into the improvement of algorithm of shape from shading with a linear triangular element surface model

  • 摘要: 三角面元SFS算法是结合三角面元模型和线性反射图来阐述SFS问题的,该算法的基本思想是用三角面元素来近似光滑表面,并用一系列基于节点的线性方程组合来表达该表面.本文在此算法的基础上,求解时通过加权平均迭代,提高了恢复的准确性和迭代的收敛速度.

     

    Abstract: The algorithm of triangular element SFS combines a triangular element surface model with a linearized reflectance map.The main idea is to approximate a smooth surface by the union of triangular surface patches called triangular elements and express the approximating surface as a linear combination of a set of nodal basis functions.In this paper,the proposed improvement of this algorithm enhances the accuracy of SFS and speeds up the convergence of the iteration.
