Microwave Dielectric Properties of Ca1-3xLn2xTiO3 Ceramics

  • 摘要: 采用固相反应法制备Ca1–3xLn2xTiO3(x=0.13, 0.20;Ln=La, Nd, Sm)陶瓷, 探讨了Ln系元素的含量对其物相组成、显微结构及微波介电性能的影响.结果表明:除Ca0.4Sm0.4TiO3陶瓷含有少量的Sm2Ti2O7第二相外, 其他均形成了正交钙钛矿结构单相固溶体;随Ln3+的含量增加, 介电常数随之降低, 同时谐振频率温度系数明显降低.x=0.13时的微波介电性能更佳:ε=120、Qf=10700GHz、τf=304×10–6/℃(Ln=La);ε=109、Qf=14900GHz、τf=236×10–6/℃(Ln=Nd);ε=102、Qf=11600GHz、τf=212×10–6/℃(Ln=Sm).

     

    Abstract: Ca1-3xLn2xTiO3(x=0.13, 0.20;Ln=La, Nd, Sm) ceramics were prepared by solid state reaction method.The influences of Ln3+ content on phase composition, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Ca1-3xLn2xTiO3 ceramics were investigated.The results show that single orthogonal perovskite structure phase was formed except that a little secondary phase Sm2Ti2O7 was detected by XRD analysis when x=0.20 and Ln=Sm.Dielectric constant(τf) and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(τf) decreased with the increasing Ln3+ content.The Ca1-3xLn2xTiO3 ceramics with perferable microwave dielectric properties were obtained when x=0.13: ε=120, Qf=10700GHz, τf=304×10-6/℃(Ln=La);
