Design of the grids system for aeroengine lubrication system and simulation experiments

  • 摘要: 利用Flowmaster软件对航空发动机内部的供油润滑冷却系统的流量分配和压力分布问题进行计算.在建模过程中,将该系统的结构和腔室分解成相应的元件,再将各元件的数学模型用软件中示意图来代表,通过节点将各元件示意图连接成网络系统,进行计算.把计算出的理论值与实验得到的实际值进行比较,得到合理的流量分配,为发动机正常工作滑油分配提供可靠依据.

     

    Abstract: A calculation of mass flow distribution and pressure distribution in lubrication system is presented in this paper.In the process of model building,the structure and chambers of the system are divided into different components,which were then symbolized by diagrammatic sketches,and further connected into a system through nodal.Based on the comparison of calculation results and experiment results,a reasonable mass flow distribution is obtained,which provides a reliable reference for practical application.
