Abstract:
In recent years,real estate development and construction projects have become the pillar industry in China's economic development.The real estate development and construction process(construction) will have an adverse impact on the external environment.After the completion of real estate projects,the residential quarter may have influence on the internal environment and the external environment.The external pollution may influence the residential areas.According to the authors' many-year experience of EIA in real estate development projects,this paper demonstrates environmental impact assessment from the perspectives of the basis of law and project management,location analysis,selection criteria,the main evaluation points.
