液膜法处理石化厂碱渣含酚废水的研究

A Study on the Phenolic Wastewater Treatment in the Basic Residue of the Petrochemical plant By Liquid membrane

  • 摘要: 本文研究了液膜法处理石化厂碱渣含酚废水的最佳制乳条件,最佳传质条件,并应用于不同浓度含酚水样处理.当挥发酚浓度低于7000PPm时,经一级传质可使含酚量低于100PPm,7000-20000PPm,经二级传质可使含酚量低于100PPm,处理后废水可直接排放到石化厂的生化厂处理,为进一步进行中试研究提供了理论依据.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the phenolic Wastewater treatment the basic residue of petrochemical plant inthe by Liquid memberane had been studied.The experimental results showed that:the best preparing emulsion condition and transport conditions were,Roi=2:1,LMS-34% NaOH 5%,Kew=1:2,tmix=20min,pH=2,By Using the best conditions,for the phenolic wastewater wits phenol content from 638.40-7000 PPm,after one time treatment,the phenol concentration was 99%;For the wastewater with phenol content from 7000-20000 ppm,after two times treatments,the phenol concentration was reduced below 100 ppm.
