Abstract: In this paper,the phenolic Wastewater treatment the basic residue of petrochemical plant inthe by Liquid memberane had been studied.The experimental results showed that:the best preparing emulsion condition and transport conditions were,Roi=2:1,LMS-34% NaOH 5%,Kew=1:2,t_mix=20min,pH=2,By Using the best conditions,for the phenolic wastewater wits phenol content from 638.40-7000 PPm,after one time treatment,the phenol concentration was 99%;For the wastewater with phenol content from 7000-20000 ppm,after two times treatments,the phenol concentration was reduced below 100 ppm.
