涡流传感器提离效应的研究
A Study on Lift-off Effect of Eddy Current Sensors

摘要: 通过数值计算表明涡流检测传感器相对于被测导体的提离效应在阻抗平面图上是近似为直线的轨迹。并通过单片机实现阻抗的幅值和相位的测量, 利用阻抗变换的方法, 有效地实现了提离干扰信号的抑制。Abstract: It is shown that lift-off of the eddy current sensor relative to the part under evaluation induces similar straight lines in the normalized impedance plane by computation. The amplitude and the phase of impedance are measured by MCU. Consequently the lift-off effect can be corrected fairly thanks to impedance transformation in the impedance plane.
