轴对称锻件成形过程的热力耦合有限元分析技术的研究

A Study on Thermal-mechanical Coupled Analysis Technique of Axial-symmetry Forging Forming Process

  • 摘要: 锻件成形过程中,非稳态、不均匀的温度场对金属的塑性流动有很大的影响,尤其是高温成形过程.本文对轴对称段件成形过程的热力耦合有限元分析技术进行了研究.论述了刚塑性有限元分析方法,建立了热力耦合分析模型,开发了轴对称锻件成形过程的热力耦合有限元分析软件.通过将圆柱体镦粗过程的模拟结果与有关文献中的实验结果和模拟结果的比较,说明了该方法和软件的正确性.

     

    Abstract: During forging forming process,temperature affects the pattern of metal deformation considerably,especially in the forming process at high temperature.In this paper,a study on thermal mechanical coupled analysis technique of axial symmetry forging forming process is investigated,the rigid plastic finite element analysis method is discussed and the model of thermal mechanical coupled analysis is established.The corresponding computer software is developed.A cylinder upsetting process is simulated using the developed software.The validity of the analysis method and the software is verified by comparing simulated results with the experiment values and calculated results from other references.
