  • 摘要: 介绍了用于火电厂管道修复中的自动TIG焊PLC控制系统,采用分层采入信号法设计了PLC的输入、输出接口,使得多个外部信号可共用一个I/O口,大大降低成本.同时,针对现场工作环境的干扰影响较大,采取了有效的抗干扰措施.

     

    Abstract: The paper presents the PLC control system of the Auto TIG welding equipment which is used to repair the pipe of power plant.The input and output of PLC are designed by the method of delamination,which makes it possible that many outer inputting signals can be connected to one terminal,and the production cost is reduced.The effective ways are adopted to reduce the interference.
