多元校正一紫外吸收光度法同时测定苯酚、苯胺、对苯二酚

Simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of phenol, aniline and hydroquinone by multivariate calibration method

  • 摘要: 苯酚、苯胺和对苯二酚在紫外区具有吸收,但吸收光谱相互重叠而形成干扰,难以进行直接分析.本文采用化学计量学多元校正方法处理,建立相应的数学模型,进而用于未知溶液的浓度预报分析.该法还用于实际水样的分析,获得较好的定量分析结果.

     

    Abstract: Phenol,aniline and hydroquinone have absorption property in ultraviolet zone,and their absorption spectra are overlapping.Generally,they can not be determined individually by spectrophotometry without prior separation.In this paper,the chemometrics multivariate calibration method was applied to the simultaneous determination of these three compounds.The proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of some water sample with satisfactory results.
