Preparation and Mechanical Performance of Al2TiO5/Al2O3 Composite

  • 摘要: 采用正交实验的方法研究了MgTi2O2和Fe2TiO,复合添加剂对Al2TiO3复合材料力学性能的影响.实验得出在Al2TiO5,中添加5mol%的MgTi2O5和1mol%的FeTiO5,复合添加剂时,Al2TiO2与AlTiO5/Al2O3复合材料具有最佳的力性能.在此基础同上制备了Al2O3体积百分含量为10%、20%、0%、60%、80%、90%的Al2TiO5/Al2O3复合材料,并且研究了复合材料的微观结构;Al2TiO5/Al2O3复合材料的烧结致密度、强度与强性模量随Al2O5体积百分含量的增大而增大.Al2O3体积百分含量从10%增加到90%时,复合材料的三点弯强度从16.25Mpa上升到272.05Mpa.

     

    Abstract: The effect of MgTi2O5 and Fe2TiO5 compound additives on the mechanical performance of Al2TiO5/Al2O3 composites was studied through orthogonal test.The Al2TiO5/Al2O,composite with optimum mechanical performance was prepared when 5mol% Mg-Ti2O5 and lmol% Fe2TiO5 were added to Al2TiO5.Based on this test,Al2TiO5/Al2O,composites with different Al2O3 volume contents(10%、20%、40%、60%、80%、90%) were fabricated and the microstructures were studied by SEM.The density,strength and elastic modules of the composites were improved with the increase of Al2O3 volume content.When the volume content of Al2O3 increased from 10% to 90%,the three-point bending strength increased from 16.25Mpa to 272.05Mpa.
