Abstract:
At first,the principle of synthetic aperture focusing technique for ultrasonic imaging is introduced in this paper.Aimed at the problem of resolution and signal-noise ratio in SAFT imaging,the correlation coefficient of the original echo data is studied,and an novel SAFT algorithm based on signal correlation degree weighted synthesizing method and the processing method of original data are put forward.The novel algorithm is used to reconstruct an ultrasonic profile imaging for a specimen.The results of the imaging experiment indicate that compared with the traditional time-delay SAFT principles,the novel algorithm has improved the axial resolution and meliorated the imaging shaping effectively.
