Research on the Magnetic Abraive Finishing of 30CrMnSiA Circular Tubes

  • 摘要: 采用化学粘结Fe+SiC磁性磨料对30CrMnSiA钢管外圆进行磁力研磨试验,研究了磨料成分、粒度以及研磨时间与研磨后表面粗糙度的关系.试验所得到的研磨表面粗糙度达到了Ra0.05μm.

     

    Abstract: The test of magnetic abrasive finishing on 30CrMnSiA Circular tube was carried out with the felted Fe+SiC Magnetic abrasive powders,and the relationship between the content,granule size of felted Fe+SiC Magnetic abrasive powders,processing time and the surface roughness of the piece are investigated.In this test,the surface roughness Ra 0.05μm was got.
