非平衡态材料的热塑性挤压合金化制备

The Study of non-equilibrium materials prepared by hot-plasticity extrusion alloying

  • 摘要: 采用热塑性挤压合金化制备非平衡态材料,并研究了材料的微观组织.结果表明:Ti-Al系材料内存在TiAl3、Ti2Al3、Ti3Al、TiAl和Ti5Al3等化合相,热塑性挤压合金化可以显著减小Ti-Al系合金的晶粒尺寸;在挤压变形方向,挤压材料具有成分不均匀性,前部和后部的Ti/Al原子比均低于中部;经500℃/6 h热处理后,Ti相完全转化成Ti-Al化合相.

     

    Abstract: The Ti-Al series non-equilibrium materials are prepared by the method of hot-plasticity extrusion alloying and the microstructure of materials was studied.It is found that materials prepared by hot-plasticity extrusion alloying are poly-crystalline material,including TiAl3、Ti2Al3、Ti3Al、TiAl and Ti5Al3 phase.The hot-plasticity extrusion alloying can markedly reduce the size of grains of Ti-Al alloying.In the direction of extrusion and deformation,the extraction materials have non-uniform components.The Ti/Al atoms in the front and back are lower than those in the middle.The Ti phase by the heat treatment at the 500℃/6 h can completely be transformed into the Ti-Al alloying phase.
