A Virtual Intrument for Measuring Cutting Temperature

  • 摘要: 介绍了利用热电偶测量切削平均温度并进行分析处理的虚拟仪器。利用LabVIEW平台开发, 利用PCI-1200卡采集工件-刀具热电偶产生的热电势。具有显示温度波形曲线、热电偶标定、确定切削温度指数公式、判定切削状态的能力。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a virtual instrument for measuring and processing cutting temperature data. The instrument is developed with LabVIEW. Thermo-voltage produced by thermoelectric couple of tool-workpiece is inputt into computer by a PCI-1200 card. The system is capable of displaying temperature flexuous curve, demarcating thermoelectric couple, establishing the exponential formulation and monitoring the cutting process.
