近无余量精铸模料及复合型壳的研究

摘要: 本文针对一般熔模精密铸造厂在近无余量的精密铸造生产中对模料型壳的要求, 对以石蜡为基的高性能模料和硅溶胶水玻璃复合型壳进行了试验研究。结果表明研制的M6型模料达到性能指标要求, 滴点为59.2℃, 线收缩率为0.88%, 抗弯强度为6.10MPa,热稳定性为1.44mm(34℃,2h), 优于工厂常用的石蜡硬脂酸模料的性能采用硅溶胶水玻璃复合型壳生产的铸件比工厂常用的单一水玻璃型壳生产的铸件在尺寸精度、表面质量方面都有所提高。Abstract: According to requirements of pattern materials and shells in near netshape investment casting production,The paper studies high properties Pattern materials on the basis of olefin and the composite mould shell of colloidal silica sodium silicate binder.The results show that the M6 pattern material meeets technical requirement,The properties are as followsdropping point is 59.2℃;linear contract percentage is 0.88%;bending strength is 6.10MPa;thermal stability is 1.44 mm(34℃,2h).These performances are better than those of pattern material comprised of paraffin and stearic acid which is popular in foundry work.Castings of composite mould shells using sodium silicate sodium silicate binder is better than that of mould shells using single binder sodium slilcate binder in dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
