Effect of RE on the Microstructures and Properties of Hot-dip Aiuminized Coatings

  • 摘要: 研究了添加不同含量的稀土合金对热浸镀铝镀层组织和性能的影响,并测定了不同工艺下浸镀层及浸镀试样的耐蚀性.试验结果表明,在热浸镀铝液中加入少量稀土(0.05~0.75%)能降低铝液表面的氧化速度,改善镀件表面质量和镀层的组织;当稀土元素含量控制在0.05~0.2范围内时,能提高镀层的耐盐水(3%NaC1)浸泡和耐盐雾腐蚀性能,而过量的稀土则明显降低镀层的耐蚀性.

     

    Abstract: The effect of adding various contents of rare carth on microstrures and properties of hot-dip aluminized coatings are studied.The thickness of coatings,the corrosion resistance and adhesion of the dripped specimen are examined in different conditions.The result shows that addition of 0.05~0.75%RE into the melted Al can improve the surface oxiding sistance and surface quality of dipped specimen.when addition of RE ranges from 0.05 to 0.2%,It can enhance the corrosion resistamce of the coating against the salt water(3%NaCl) immersion and salt spray.But,the superabundant RE will impair the enhanament.
