基于特征点的凝胶图像蛋白点匹配算法

Gel’s Protein Spot Matching Algorithm Based on Feature Point

摘要: 针对二维凝胶图像蛋白点的特征,提出一种基于特征点的蛋白点匹配算法.通过特征点的匹配实现两凝胶图像间蛋白点的精确匹配.实验结果表明,该算法具有较高的精度,对凝胶图像的蛋白点匹配具有较高的鲁棒性.

Abstract: 2-dimensional gel analysis is an important technique for proteins,and spot matching is the key stage in 2D gel analysis.For character of spots in 2D gel,we proposed a spot matching algorithm based on feature points.Accurate protein spots matching between two gels are achieved through feature points matching.Experimental results show that the algorithm has high accuracy and good stability in gel's protein spots matching.
