Study on Soft-Switching Inverter for Arc Welding

摘要: 本文介绍了软开关弧焊逆变器的控制技术,研制了一台弧焊软开关逆变器。给出了主电路的具体结构及其控制方式,研究了软开关的实现过程。试验结果表明,相移PWM软开关技术能够进一步提高弧焊逆变电源的整体性能。

Abstract: The soft-switching technique for arc welding inverter is introduced in this paper.A concrete main circuit and its control method are developed.The experiment results show that the phase-shifted PWM soft-switching technique is able to increarse the performance of arc welding inverter.
