The application of embedded technology in magneticflux leakage detection system

  • 摘要: 将嵌入式技术、信号处理技术与漏磁检测技术结合起来,研制成一种适用于野外作业的便携式漏磁检测装置.由于采用了嵌入式模块,简化了电路的设计,提高了系统的整体性能.实验测试表明,该装置灵敏度及检测效率高,且成本低.在管道外侧一次扫查能检测出深度为0.2mm的缺陷,在冶金、石油化工以及城市水暖供应等工业部门中具有广阔的应用前景.

     

    Abstract: A portable magnetic flux leakage testing device for field inspection of the pipelines has been developed by combining embedded technology,signal processing and magnetic flux leakage testing.As a result of the embedded module,the circuit design has been simplified and the system's overall performance has been improved.Experimental data show that the device is of high sensitivity,high efficiency and low cost.The defects which are depth of 0.2mm in outside walls of a pipelines can be detected out by scanning only once form the outside and it has wide application prospects in the fields of metallurgy,petrochemical industry,water supply and city warming facilities.
