  • 摘要: 文章研究工业CT图像序列中工件内部管道的二维拟合方法.在获取边缘图像这个重要步骤中,首先,利用Facet模型提取管道边缘;其次采用Freeman链表跟踪法将圆和椭圆边缘跟踪出来;最后通过圆的最小二乘拟合法和椭圆直接拟合法将二维管道拟合出来并得到管道的参数.通过对实际的发动机工业CT图像进行试验表明,本文的方法可以较准确地获取工件内部管道的几何参数.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a fitting of pipeline within workpieces in 2D-industrial CT image sequence is studied.First,in the important steps of acquiring the edge images,the facet model is used to extract the edge of pipeline.Next,the round and oval edges are tracked out with Freeman chain tracking method.Finally,2-D pipelines are fitted by the Least Squares and Direct Ellipse Fitting and the parameters?of pipes are calculated.Test of the actual engine CT images showed that this method can be used for the acquisition of pipelines' geometric parameters based on industrial CT images.It lays the foundation for reverse engineering based on ICT images.
