Abstract: Aiming at the poor intelligence management of office information,this paper focuses on the research of the classification of information technology in the office systems.A Bayes text classification technique based on vector space model is put forward and is applied to colleges and universities in document handling.A detailed algorithm of the flow is given,and finally the example of the experimental results is provided.The results show that this approach can improve the accuracy of document classification especially when the size of training set is small and can effectively improve the office system's intelligence management.
