Preparation of Hydroxyapatite ceramic film on Ti6Al4V titanium alloy

  • 摘要: Ti6AlV钛合金在不同钙磷浓度电解液体系中进行微弧氧化制得氧化膜,并进行水热处理.采用SEM观察微弧氧化膜微观形貌,使用EDS、XRD分析膜层成分和相组成.结果表明:电解液中钙磷浓度直接影响其在膜层中的含量,且钙离子主要靠扩散作用进入膜层,而磷离子靠电迁移进入膜层;微弧氧化膜中的钙盐、磷盐水热处理后转化成具有生物活性的羟基磷灰石,但处理温度过高,会出现晶粒粗大,适宜的水热处理工艺是200℃水热处理12小时.

     

    Abstract: The micro-arc oxidation(MAO) films were prepared on Ti6Al4V in the different concentration of Ca and P electrolyte,then the films went through hydrothermal treatment.The scanning electron microscopy was used to investigate the micro-morphology,Energy dispersion spectrometer and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze composition and phase structure of the coatings.The results show that the contents of Ca and P in the film were influenced directly by their concentration in the electrolyte.The Ca ions were deposited in the coating mostly by diffusion effect,while the P ions enter into the film by electromigration effect.The calcium salts and phosphor salts of the MAO film were transformed to Hydroxyapatite with biological activity after hydrothermal treatment,but the grains of hydroxyapatite would be thick if the treatment temperature was overtopped.The suitable hydrothermal treatment technology is 200℃ and 12H.
