Design of NC Machining Simulative Program

  • 摘要: 数控加工程序编制是提高数控机床使用效率的关键,直接影响产品生产的周期和效益。传统的检查方法是在数控机床上进行试切,既费时又费力。而利用计算机在屏幕上显示刀心轨迹,进行加工仿真,来验证数控加工程序的正确性,既方便又快捷。本文介绍了平面类零件数控加工仿真程序设计的具体方法。

     

    Abstract: The key of using the NC machine tool is to make proper program,which will directly infuence the efficiency and output of the Machine.The traditional check method is to test run the NC machine tool.Using computer to simulate machining,that is to show the tool center path on computer CRT,is a convinent and useful method.This paper introduces the method for the design of NC machining simulative program for plane parts.
