Abstract: This paper provides a design of monitoring system of the procedure of the gas production and distribution based on GPRS.Under this system,many production conditions of the gas plant,gas storing station and all the pressure in the pipeline,for instance,the pressure,storage,temperature,etc.can be real-timely and reliably monitored and scheduled.The paper briefly introduces the GPRS technology and system process,and also elaborates the system's working principle and the monitoring terminal's specific software and hardware design.
