外加纵向磁场作用TIG焊温度场的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Temperature Field in TIG Welding under External Longitudinal Magnetic Field

摘要: 外加纵向磁场可以改变电弧加热有效半径进而影响焊接温度场分布.为了得到外加纵向磁场作用TIG焊的电弧加热有效半径,采用拍摄TIG焊水冷铜阳极板时电弧外观形态照片并对比照片的方法,测得外加纵向磁场对电弧加热有效半径的影响系数.通过数值模拟分析外加磁场TIG焊温度场的分布,模拟结果与实际相符.Abstract: Welding temperature distribution was effected by the effective heated radius of the arc regulated by different external longitudinal magnetic intensity.In order to obtain effective heated radius of the arc of TIG welding under external longitudinal magnetic field,influence coefficient of arc was measured by comparison with different arc shape of TIG welding created on the water-cooled copper anode plate.Temperature distribution of TIG welding with numerical simulation was consistent with experimental result.
