纳米TiO2/聚氨酯复合涂层的制备及其耐盐水浸泡性能

Preparation of the Nano-TiO2/Polyurethane Composite Coatings and Its Saline Immersion Resistance

  • 摘要: 本文利用硅烷偶联剂对纳米TiO2进行表面改性,并将改性和未改性的纳米TiO2按不同比例添加到聚氨酯涂料中,制备了纳米TiO2/聚氨酯复合涂层,实验结果表明,经硅烷偶联剂改性后的纳米TiO2在涂料中分散良好,粒径在100nm左右.改性后的纳米TiO2能够有效提高涂层的耐盐水浸泡性能.当改性纳米TiO2添加量为3%时,涂层的耐盐水浸泡性能最好.该涂层在经过56天的盐水浸泡后,铅笔硬度从3H下降到HB,附着力从1级下降到3级,光泽度从120.9下降到99.,耐冲击性能从22N·cm下降到12N·cm,在所有试样中下降程度最低.

     

    Abstract: The surface of nano-TiO2 was modified by coupling agent in this paper.The modified and unmodified nano-TiO2 were added into to the polyurethane to prepare nano-composite coatings.The results indicated that the modified nano-TiO2 disperse well in the coatings,The saline immersion resistance of nano-composite coatings was improved effectively.When the content of modified nano-TiO2 was 3%,the saline immersion resistance of coatings was the best.After 56 days aline immersion,the pencil hardness of composite coatings with 3% modified nano-TiO2 decreased from 3H to HB,the adhesion rank decreased from 1 to 3,the glossiness was from 120.9 to 99.6,and anti impact properties decreased from 22N·cm to 12N·cm.The reduction of properties is the smallest in all of samples.
