The application of computer-aided-testing system in measurement of switching characteristics of temperature sensors

  • 摘要: 汽车在低温启动控制用到的冷启动传感器的开关特性, 影响汽车发动机工作效果.本文论述采用微机,进行硬件扩充,用TURBO C编程控制,实现了对冷启动传感器开关特性进行高精度测量.并对测量系统的精度和抗干扰进行了讨论.

     

    Abstract: A computer-aided-testing system for the measurement of switching characteristics of temperature sensors is presented. A 96-channel CAT system, together with its signal conditioner,and temperature regulator,is discussed in detail.An application software was developed by the authors. Further discussions are conducted on the improvement of measurement accuracy and the suppression of interferences.
