  • 摘要: 介绍了一种利用单片机控制的半导体激光(LD)驱动电源,该电源通过控制LD的工作电流和温度以及采用了可靠的保护电路,实现了LD光功率稳定、可靠、准确输出.

     

    Abstract: An LD power supply system controlled by single-chip is introduced.A stable, reliable and accurate optical power output of LD can be obtained by controlled working current and temperature of LD and adopting reliable protection circuit.
