基于ANSYS的薄壁件反重力铸造充填形态的数值模拟

The numerical simulation of the thin-wall counter-gravity casting filling flow based on ANSYS

  • 摘要: 介绍了CFD的基本原理以及有限体积法的概念,采用ANSYS 6.0进行网格划分和控制方程的计算,模拟了不同壁厚、不同充型速度下薄板铸件的反重力充型形态,得出了壁厚,充型速度对充型形态的影响规律.

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the basic principle of CFD and the concept of the Finite Volume Method(FVM),and plots the grid of model and discretizes the governing equation by using ANSYS 6.0.The filling flow of the thin-wall counter-pressure casting in different thickness and velocity is simulated.The result of the simulation is right and reasonable.And the influence disciplinarian of the thickness and velocity to the filling flow is acquired.
