Abstract:
By coupling the material damping prope rties of hollow fiber and its hollow struc ture buffe rability,a new damping material named Hollow Fiber Embedded Resin Matrix(HF/RM) composite damping material was studied in this paper Concerning the 3 hollow-fiber layers(3-HL) composite,the 2 constraints sandwiched laid-angle hollow-fiber(2-CSLH) composite and the 2 constraints sandwiched hollow-fiber cellular(2-CSHC) composite,the mipactlaws under the various factors tha taffect sample damping performance were found out and when comparing the damping performance bewteen the superio rsample selected from the former two types of composites and the 2-CSHC composite sample,which are greater than 0.54,have a wide damping platform with △Hz respectively from 5Hz to 112Hz and from 7Hz to 200Hz;their damping peaks reach 0.56 and 0.59;the structure design superiority is 2-CSHC>2-CSLH>3-HL.
