柔性凹微透镜阵列的制作、测试与形变分析

摘要: 使用弹性膜软光刻方法,制作了冠深为3μm,底面直径为25μm,焦长约64.05μm的柔性凹微透镜阵。本文给出了制作柔性凹微透镜阵列的详细工艺流程,并使用金相显微镜、台阶仪、三维显微成像系统等分别对凹微透镜阵列的三维形貌,光学性质进行了测试。测试结果表明凹微透镜阵列三维形貌清晰,光学性质良好。本文也使用有限元分析方法对施加分布载荷的柔性微透镜阵列的形变作了分析。分析结果表明,载荷的增加使得曲面微透镜阵列的形变增加,阵列的曲率半径减小,阵列两端的形变程度要高于阵列中部的形变程度。Abstract: Soft concave microlens array is fabricated with soft lithography technique. The deepth, the basis diameter and the focal length of the concave microlens array are 3μm, 25μm and 64. 05μm respectively. The process flow is described in detail in this article. Metallographic microscope, profile-system and beam-profile system are employed to test the three-dimensional surface and optical properties of the mcirolens array. Test results indicate that the profile of the concave microlens array is clear, all the lens elements have uniform surface and the optical property of the array is fine. Finite element method is also used to analyse the deformation of the soft concave microlens array with distributed loads. Deformation will increase with the increase of the load,and the deformation extent of the ambient lens elements is greater than that of the medial ones.
