多组分有效分离系数计算方法的准确度比较

The Accuracy Comparison of Calculation Method of Effective Separation Factor for Multi-components

  • 摘要: 通过比较平均分数法、等效组分法和产品分数法计算结果的误差分析,研究了稀土串级萃取有效分离系数计算方法的准确度.误差分析表明,在最小有效分离系数附近,平均分数法、等效组分法和产品分数法的准确度均很高.在极小有效分离系数附近,等效组分法与产品分数法的准确度较低,产品分数法的准确度相对较高.在最大有效分离系数附近,等效组分法和产品分数法的准确度均很低,平均分数法的准确度很高.与数学模型法比较,平均分数法与等效组分法的准确度较高,产品分数法的准确度较低.平均分数法的准确度和适用性明显优于等效组分法和产品分数法.

     

    Abstract: The accuracies of calculation methods of effective separation factor in countercurrent extraction for rare earth were investigated by error analysis of calculation results with average fraction method,equivalent component method and product fraction method.The error analysis indicated that the accuracies of average fraction method,equivalent component method and product fraction method were very high near minimum effective separation factor.Near the maximum effective separation factor,the accuracies of equivalent component method and product fraction method were lower and the accuracy of average fraction method was higher.Near the maximum effective separation factor,the accuracies of equivalent component method and product fraction method were very low,and the accuracy of average fraction method was very high.In comparison with mathematical model method,the accuracies of average fraction method and equivalent component method were higher,and the accuracy of product fraction method was lower.Average fraction method was much more accurate and suitable than equivalent component method or product fraction method.
