The Practice of Using Side-Riser in Aluminum Alloy Cast

摘要

摘要: 对于平板类、厚大凹型类铝合金铸件,采用边侧冒口的浇注系统,能提高铸件的补缩效果,生产出合格铸件.本文还对该浇冒口系统提高补缩效果的原因进行了初步分析.

Abstract: To the flat bed and thick big box shape aluminum alloy cast,it has been proved in practice that the pouring system with side riser can improred the shrink effect of cast and produce qualified cast.The cause of the effect of shrinkage improvement in this pouring system is also analysed.
